The gowns we have to choose from changes constantly because as we sell gowns we replenish with more, always trying to keep at least 2000 gowns in the shop at all times to give you the best selection around.
Our gowns tend to be a little unique either in color or style. These are NOT your everyday mall gowns. They'’re modern, chic and for the young or young in spirit shopper. We have sizes 0 to 18 in the shop and can order up to size 28 in some styles.
Generally our wedding gowns range in price from $250-$1200 & bridal party gowns are between $99-$225. Homecoming & Prom gowns range in price from $100-$450.

The most important part of your wedding day (besides the groom!) is your wedding gown. It's a gorgeous gown that you wear only one special day, but enjoy the memories and photos of, for generations to come.
Planning an informal or outdoor wedding? Prefer something simply elegant? Or planning a wedding on a tight budget? Nearly all bridal party gowns and special occasion gowns by Eden Bridals or Liz Fields can be ordered in white or ivory so it is quite possible to find a gown around $200!
We also carry evening gowns or special occassion gowns which are appropriate for your bridal party or for other events such as the engagement party, wedding shower, rehearsal dinner, school dances, cruises, balls, parties, pageants, prom and other formal or semi-formal events.
Our "maids" gowns, both long and short, are available in sizes ranging from 0 to 28 and in over 60 colors. Many of these can be ordered in different fabrics (satin, chiffon, taffetta, velvet, silk dipione) or different lengths (cocktail, tea, long) for a nominal charge. Also, keep in mind that all of these strapless dresses automatically come with detachable spaghetti straps and wider straps up to 2 inches in width can be ordered on most styles.
We have over 100 sample gowns which are available for purchase or special order. In addition we can order any gown from either the Eden Bridals or Liz Fields lines even if we don't have a sample in the shop. There are even some that can be ordered & received in two weeks at no additional charge. Maternity gowns are available too! These gowns range in price from $99-$225.
Our new line of "mother of the bride" gowns, Elegant Evenings by Eden have arrived. These gowns are perfect for the young or young in spirit mom who wants something more fashion forward and glam. These gowns range in price from $200-$400 and include either a jacket or matching shawl also making them an option for girls looking for a more modest style dress for prom.
Elyse's Boutique has sold hundreds of gowns in the past year to high school and college students for Homecoming, Winter Formal, and Prom.
We've been told that our selection of modern, chic, funky, fun gowns in unique styles and colors is quite unexpected for a little shop in Green. (We LOVE this!)
**We also record the gowns by school & event ensuring we do not sell the exact same gown to two girls at the same school. No one likes to see someone else wearing "their" special gown!
Prom dress shopping begins in December and reaches it's peak in February as some proms start as early as April. If you wait until Prom is a week away your choices are a little more limited! Be open and try on that dress that was ugly on the rack...chances are it's wonderful on!
At Elyse's Boutique, we believe you should be breath taking at any event. We have a large selection of formal, semi-formal, short, and casual gowns to fit your need.
For some schools, homecoming is a short, sassy gown. For others, homecoming is a long, elegant gown & for a few high schools, homecoming means cinderella ball gowns. We have them all!
You might also want to look at the gowns in the special occasion section as we can order those gowns in any size from 0 to 28 and in over 60 colors. They are also budget friendly ($99-$225) but do take from 2-6 weeks to come in after they are ordered so you have to plan ahead.
Finally, don't discount the plain, simple gowns. Many times all you need to do is add a ribbon belt, a cool pin, sparkling jewelry or some smoking hot heels and you've taken that gown and made it special. You've made it yours.
Please do not become distressed about sizing during your shopping trip. Manufacturers of formalwear do not size their clothing the same as manufacturers of sportswear such as jeans, t-shirts, etc. Also, we have gotten so used to wearing loose fitting comfy clothes (ie. yoga pants & hoodies) that we aren't used to seeing ourselves in something that is form fitting and figure flattering.
When you come into the store we will ask if you are looking for a particular style or color. We will also ask what type of event you are shopping for since this may limit your choices. We will also ask if you know what size you wear. Don't worry. Hardly anyone knows what size gown they wear. It's not something you shop for that often and the sizing is CRAZY! It will also vary by designer, fabric & style of the gown.
Usually we will start with your pant size if you appear to be curvy there or start with your top size if you are curvy there instead. This is probably the smallest size you can possibly wear. Sometimes you will have to go up one or two sizes or more. We also know that unless you are fairly tall or just happen to have the exact same measurements as the model that the manufacturer used when they made the gown, you are probably going to have to have some alterations done to have a perfect fit.
If you come in and tell us you are a size 4 and we show you something in a size 8, please don't be upset. Many times, we have seen the dress on someone else and know how it fits. Our size 0 model who works in the shop can wear anywhere from a size 0 to a size 6 in our gowns. So we know first hand how much the sizing is off.
Any dress can be altered to fit your figure perfectly. Most alterations on gowns (other than wedding gowns) can be done very inexpensively. We can refer you to a local seamstress or you can have anyone you know and trust alter your gown. Always ask the seamstress how much it will cost before you have her do the work so there are no surprises. (A simple hem typically runs about $35.) Don't wait until the last minute because remember you are not the only girl going to a dance or getting married!
For these reasons, when you walk into our store you will see many of our gowns organized by color, style, and/or price rather than by size. So, if you see a dress you absolutely LOVE, and it's close to your size, try it on!
Oh, and we will happily cut out any size tag once you buy the dress!
Think about it, absolutely no one says...oh, she's wearing a size 8...they say she looks great!

Layaway Policy
Layaway is available on any gown purchased over $100. Initial payment of at least 50% is required. All payments on layaway items are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS! Including cancellations!
The time allowed for a layaway is 60 days from the original date of purchase. All payments must be received on or before the 60th day or you will lose all payments made.
You cannot change the gown in layaway, including size and/or color after the layaway is established. All sales are final.
Any specials or discounts available at the time of the initial payment will be applied, however, subsequent specials or discounts that occur during the layaway period (60 days) are not applicable.
As a courtesy, we will contact you approximately one week before the end of the layaway period to remind you that the layaway is about to expire.
